Yes they are really crap simply because they just want to make money and have nothing to do with customers relationship.Recently i have got a credit card (Bank instant) now when i decided to use it for online purchase it asked me for a four digit code (this can be obtained from customer service.I tried there and guess what.My date of birth was wrong,my mothers name was wrong and they don't even updated my mobile number.I thought this might be due to take over of Bank of Rajasthan by icici so i went to my bank and asked them to rectify it,after 5 days i rechecked my info again it was showing
wrong birth date and data.They don't send me timely statements of credit card,then charge for it
