Outsourcing Industry Still Have Strong Demand : TCS

Tata Consultancy Services Ltd (TCS) stated that outsourcing industry is still strong despite economic weakness in U.S and European markets.

TCS said that their clients are mainly global corporations that account for half or more than half their revenue from overseas markets and hence small impacts are not in count.Though company also said that global uncertainty could lead cuts in IT budgets and result in demand compression, pricing pressure and increased credit risk from vulnerable clients.

Margin Requirements for forex : High risk high gain

Margin trading can be said as borrowing credit for the purpose of trading,it is used in both equities as well as forex.Though its practise can lead to excessive loss or substantial profits.Generally the margin percentage is 1% or 2% ,now suppose you want to trade for $100,000 you should have $1000 with your broker.

Before CFTC rule, 1 percent margin(leverage of 100:1) was in routine while some also allowed as little as 0.25 percent margin (leverage of 400:1).But after When the CFTC proposed its retail forex rule in January 2010, it proposed a margin requirement of 10 percent (leverage of 10:1). In response to comments, the CFTC reduced the required margin in the final rule to 2 percent (leverage of 50:1) for trades involving major currencies and 5 % (leverage of 20:1) for trades involving non-major currencies
